THE BASICS -
single session, no in-person or zoom contact

For when you simply want to trial Posture therapy. I instruct you on how to take your posture photos and send them to me. You then receive your one off exercise routine with instruction.

INTERMEDIATE -
single session, in-person or via zoom

This is a huge step up from The Basics as we spend at least 60 minutes together (zoom or in person) assessing your posture and creating your first personal routine. Follow up contact for questions/changes is included.

  • I’ve worked in the health and wellbeing industry for many years, specifically as a body worker in private practice and also as co-owner of the national Corporate Massage business, Seated Massage.

  • I prioritise working with people who are passionate about and invested in their functional health and wellbeing. My focus (and what gives me the most joy) is helping motivated athletic people realise and reach their functional potential. Our initial session together is FREE - this is in addition to your first paid session or month! If you wish to continue, Individual (one off) sessions are currently at the introductory cost of $77.00 or $88.00 per session incl. GST. Monthly subscriptions are $110.00 including GST (min. 3 months). And 10% of all fees received are paid forward to Give Directly.
